The first time I used it, it was very good. I only use it on the days when my neck pain asks for it; it's not necessary every day. If it's in the morning when I wake up or because I slept in a bad posture or after a whole day depending on the stress of the day, well, I notice that I need it. When I need it, I use it for about 15 minutes. It gives small electrical shocks that you can regulate as far as you can since if you're not able to withstand it, the small impulses won't help you.
